Turbotax rocks! It Rules in Tax preparation

Turbotax is a great application. I used both the Business (s Corp) version and the Deluxe. Business has to run on a PC so I have to run it on a VMWARE window which makes it a little clunky, but that is VMWARE's fault. The Deluxe version on the MAC literally screams.
It is a great application and for the last two years has gotten us enough money for a honeymoon cruise to the Bahamas or Cozumel! What more can you ask! Turbotax, my beautiful wife in a stateroom, a beautiful view out the window, and a tropical paradise.
Thanks Turbotax!
What's great about it: Easy to use and does all of the heavy lifting
What's not so great: I wish the Turbotax Business version would run on a MAC
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I like Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for many years now, and Love it. I have gotten my son to use it and now my grand daughter and grand son. We have saved lots of money by not going to a tax preparer over the years, and have gotten the max refunds we could have got.
What's great about it: Easy to follow directions
What's not so great: couldn't download cd to my laptop

TurboTax Review

The printing portion of the software did not allow me to print my return from Turbotax. I had to call customer service to figure out how to get the return into a PDF to print it. I was unable to print the portion to send my tax pmt. I had to get the voucher from the PDF file. It was very frustrating that this part did not work properly....
What's great about it: Easy to use and easy to file returns
What's not so great: This year the print function did not work

God Bless Jamian at Customer Service

I've been using TurboTax for many years to do both Federal and State taxes, turning a nasty chore into something more bearable. When this year's returns wouldn't e-file I contacted customer service and the representative (Jamian) was a life saver.
What's great about it: Jamian stayed with me all the way through removing the non-working version and installing the newest version of TurboTax
What's not so great: It would be great if access to customer service had been easier to find.

For the Math-phobic!

TurboTax is easy to use. It helps the math-phobic get their taxes done quickly and (hopefully) accurately. I have not had problems with it in the past.
What's great about it: Easy to understand
What's not so great: Does not explain why it is asking the questions that it does

Don't understand why everyone doesn't use it. So easy with directions. We have used it "forever" and do recommend it to friends and family and are totally satisfied with the product.

Would like version with 2 or more states with e-file....
What's great about it: Love prior year transfer of data, step by step or select catagory to use.
