Turbo Taxtastic!

I'm a long-time user who continues to appreciate TT more and more with each passing year. Makes tax season quick and painless. Always worth the price. I even procrastinate less on doing my taxes because I know that TT will help me dispense with this task in short order. I hate dealing with paperwork, and TT removes almost all of that for me.
What's great about it: So quick, easy. and thorough

Turbo Tax is much improved over the previous years. They are headed in the right direction. In past years if you didn't understand tax lingo, it was tough to follow.
What's great about it: easier to understand than previous years
What's not so great: sometimes "back" doesnt take you back just one screen

I started using TurboTax a few years ago and couldn't be happier! It is very easy to use and does all the research for me. It is easy to carry over from the previous year and words all the questions so that they are easy to understand. Great product!
What's great about it: Very Easy to use

A bit harder to use this year

I have used turbo tax for the last 6 or so years. I love the software. It is often easy to use and I love that it can import your info. from previous years.
Free e-file for federal and state makes it a bargain.

The software seems harder to use this year and not as intuitive as in previous years.
It did not catch a mistake until just before e-file. This should have been picked up before.
What's great about it: Solid Tax Pre Software, E-file and State Free, Import documnets from previous years
What's not so great: Seems harder to use this year. Had to change something at the last minute just before e-file.

very easy and accurate

I have been using turbo tax for many years and I find it the easiest and accurate tax program. I am glad that with all the modern technology we have the opportunity to do our taxes online. I have looked at a few so called free to file tax programs that get you in the end for a fee, but turbo tax seems to be pretty upfront. Thanks again.

If you don't need a CPA for your taxes, this is a great way to go. It is set up to walk you step by step and give suggestions for deductions. If you used it the previous year, it can auto-fill some information from previous years and also show where you made deductions from the past years. Very happy.
What's great about it: Walks you through step by step.
What's not so great: None really.
