I LOVE Turbo Tax! I have been a faithful user since 2004, for me its the only way to go!
I have turned many of my co-workers onto this software and they have all loved it!

What's great about it: Easy, Fast and Secure

The Federal return showed side by side comparison to last year's tax return numbers, but the State section did not. So I was much more confident in the Fed numbers then the State. Other then that TurboTax makes filing with deductions easy.
What's great about it: Asks all the questions and came out with the same return as our old tax professional.
What's not so great: State Tax return was less informative than the Federal section

TurboTax is a product we've been using for years. It looks at our deductions and shows how everything breaks down. I don't have to worry about messing things up or pay a ton of money to one of the big box tax services. This year there was even an added bonus of having all of our information saved from last year. This was quite a pleasant surprise and made things even more easier.
I was annoyed when it wouldn't install on any of our computers, two which were fairly new. Still when we had our issue with installing I was able to go to the site and find a fix that didn't take ages.
What's great about it: Quick and Easy. Able to use with ease.
What's not so great: It took a bit more work than usual to install this year

Easy tool to use for filing taxes. The software guides you through various stages and you don't have to leave your home to file your taxes even if you own a home as all sections are covered
What's great about it: Easy to use, easy imports from accounts
What's not so great: Not sure if we are missing some deductions

I have used Turbo Tax many years and it's always a speedy & accurate experience. I especially like the comparisons to the previous year's return. It's a great way to handle my wife's business.
