Still easy to use!

Turbo Tax is reliable year after year and continues to be intuitive and easy to use. We will use it going forward and appreciate the extra help the program gives in explaining certain terns, items, and potential issues. The only question we run into is the 1099-G from the state of Colorado and how to handle it. Other than that, Turbo Tax is still so easy to use!
What's great about it: Step-by-step process makes it easy to file taxes, the built-in help links are great, and intuitive

Someones return

I manually entered the amount for a 1099-DIV payer and then did a related data import from the same payer which duplicted the line on Schedule B. Didn't catch this at first, but did catch it on my final print preview before e-filed. Would be nice if the duplicated data was detected by software. Will still be a loyal customer though as the TurboTax step-by-step guidance makes it easy to do my returns.
What's great about it: W-2 and 1099 data importing saves time.
What's not so great: Duplicated 1099-DIV data not detected.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Turbo tax

First time using, and I thought it was very easy to use and understand. Will use it next year.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: The part where we needed a pin number or AGI was abit difficult

I feel that everything was easy to follow and when I needed more info. about a entry I would click help links and find enough info to help me make an informed decision.
What's great about it: Easy step by step instructions

Positive Experience for a Yearly Process

For 18 years I have completed my taxes using TurboTax with minimum issues. The 3 times I have contacted TurboTax technical support the issue was resolved quickly, follow-up e-mail or phone call verified the issue was resolved and my delay was always kept to a minimum.
The TurboTax expert tax support offers sound solutions to tax preparation issues that occasionally stumped me. I could make one phone call, obtain a knowledgeable expert on the phone and without delay determine the IRS solution to my tax preparation issue.
Thank you TurboTax staff! After 18 years of great service, I look forward to 18 or more years of using your product and obtaining your expert advice.
What's great about it: TurboTax has made 18 years of tax preparation EASY
What's not so great: TurboTax expert tax support = no negatives for TurboTax

Easy to Use

I've been using this for 10+ years now and it's has always been easy to use. It steps you through everything and if your not sure about something, there is a description that will explain it. I wouldn't use anything else!!!

it's great for the most part...
What's great about it: love it it walks you thur everything.
What's not so great: slow to let you know whats going on with your refund.
