We have used turbo tax for the last 5 or 6 years and find it is getting easier to use each year. Being able to call up last years information is really helpful.
What's great about it: Esy to use
What's not so great: Some instructions are not comletely clear

Awesome Tax Program

I spoke with John from customer service and he was very professional, personable and very patient with me. It took several hours of his time and he was very pleasant throughout. I can not sing enough praises for his help, time and his wonderful disposition.
What's great about it: Great Customer Sevice and step by step
What's not so great: Coundn't find any AGAIN

I have been using this software for over ten years. Intuit has never given me a reason to go anywhere else. Their user interface is easy to use, and comprehensive in scope.

Still take about 4 days to do it, but when done, it files easily.
