Easy filing

I have used turbo tax for years, and have absolutely no problem with it. I would not waste my time by having a tax person do a job that I can do myself with the help of this program. It works so smoothly and effortlessly.
What's great about it: The style of how you lead us through the process.

I love Turbo Tax. Maybe have more basic questions for the filer to determine whether they qualify for a deduction.

Customer service rep did the share screen thing she knew 100% how to quickly get me going. GREAT job! Plus she was calm and very polite!
What's great about it: data easy with drop down menu
What's not so great: hard to transfer SA-1099 data, LOL

I have used Turbo Tax for years. I'm able to complete my returns in under an hour thanks to the simple questions Turbo Tax asks. I always feel I'm getting the maximum refund thanks to the double checking in the Turbo Tax program.

Helpful in special circumstances

The educational subtraction information required in my state (Colorado) return didn't offer a lot of information about what I needed to enter and why, so I had to do my best to figure it out for myself. Other than that, Turbo Tax met my expectations!
What's great about it: Didn't take very long to file even though I had several new items to include in my return this year.
What's not so great: A couple of sections didn't have much information, so it was a bit difficult to determine what I needed to enter.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
