Love doing my own taxes

Turbo tax asks a lot of questions that I didn't even think of to make sure my return is correct.
What's great about it: Quick and easy
What's not so great: What if i miss something
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Tenth of the time than 2012

I enter and track each large sales tax but I had to enter the total. Charities had multiple enteries so that is what I expected on most lines. Quick and easy.

What's great about it: Targeted deductions using simple titles.
What's not so great: Enter totals only and would not accumulate multiple entries

Easy deduction entry. Great questions.
Submittal was difficult due to program constantly asking for program update. Online help indicated issues with wireless Mac setups. Shut all down, rebooted with wired connection. All great.
Super experience for eight years running.
What's great about it: All forms and guidance were fantastic. Good suggestions on community.
What's not so great: Difficulty with Mac wireless submittal.

program issues

I have used turbotax for several years and I like the program. This year however, I was a little annoyed where after you enter the W2(s), you automatically show "we've calculated a refund". Maybe I am not getting one so don't show how great it is unless you know. I don't mind it a the top, but I don't need a screen to say it. I also don't electronically file because of security concerns as well as having to pay an extra fee to file the state. So a PIN number is NOT required, yet you would not by pass this step in your programming. I also don't like the "thank you letter" that keeps wanting to print. That is wasted paper. Other than that, I am fine with your product.
What's great about it: good program
What's not so great: forcing a pin number when filing by mail, not viewing the return before forcing the pin number

Easy as Pie!

Being a newly divorced mom I was unsure of tackling taxes alone. Turbo Tax made it easy and also helped me uncover all my deductions for a great refund!
