I've used TurboTax for several years and i find it extremely easy to use. I don't think I would consider using any other program to file my taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to use, walks you through every possible situation
What's not so great: I really can't think of any cons

Fast and easy

I liked using Turbo Tax. I had problems deleting a form that I used by mistake but it seems like they fixed that. I like it so much the whole family has started to use Turbo Tax now.
What's great about it: It was easy to use and is great because it transfers information from the prior year to avoid re-entry.

Turbo Tax was very straight forward. We were able to follow along and fill in all of the appropriate info. Made it easy!
What's great about it: very straight forward
What's not so great: A little confusing when we wanted to print

Have been using Turbo Tax for years, wouldn't think if using anything else. Makes tax time a breeze.

Error with transmission

Just in case any one else encounters the same issue, there was a problem with the transmitting of the data at the end of the program. All it took was quitting the program and restarting it, however, the error stated that there was an update needed before proceeding. After attempting to update the program and there being no updates needed it was finally the quitting and restarting that saved the day.
What's great about it: Super easy directions to follow
What's not so great: There was an error at the very end with my transmission
