found me an extra $665 in deductions

My situation is simple enough to need only Turbo Tax Deluxe, but complicated enough that I need help walking through taxes.
I had to replace my HVAC system this year and it never occurred to me to include the $665 in sales tax on it. So glad I used TurboTax!
What's great about it: walks you through all possible scenarios

Love this software!

I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years. This year's app was just as intuitive and easy to use as ever.
What's great about it: Walks you through everything.
What's not so great: Didn't ask to update after installation, always did before.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Happy Again This Year

I found TurboTax Deluxe 2014 to be even better this year. It was clear and simple to follow. I definately will purchase for next year and refer it to friends. Electronic filing was so easy and I got my refunds quickly.
What's great about it: simple to follow and easy to submit
What's not so great: difficulty with HSA and related forms and questions

HOT MESS

TRANSFERRING INFO FROM FEDERAL TO STATE TOOK HOURS AND WAS NEVER COMPLETED. HAND ENTERED OVER 150 TIMES AND NEVER ENOUGH. DELETED STATE RETURN TWICE AND STILL PROBLEM PERSISTS. GAVE UP!!!
What's not so great: INFO WOULDN'T TRANSFER TO STATE PROPERLY

Turbo Tax was very good as usual but the values given for items at ITS Deductable Online were less than those allowed when using the internal ones within Turbo Tax and it got a little confusing.
What's great about it: As in previous years very easy to use
What's not so great: Difference between ITS Deductible on Line & within TurboTax for this year
