Awesome software

I'm a single guy over 60 and have been using TurboTax for years. Very easy to use and I've NEVER had problem with any returns. Love this software. Can't imagine how long it would take to try to do this manually. Will continue to be a TurboTax customer.
What's great about it: Easy to use, small software "footprint"
What's not so great: Wish there was an option to print envelopes

As usual, TT makes is easy to complete, This year I had a little trouble with the efile portion but needed to complete one box I missed on return.
What's great about it: Easy, pezy, lemon squeezy!

Last year I found this product to be very user friendly, not so this year.
What's great about it: ease of entering information
What's not so great: it took several times to file due to constant updates and when attempting to update a message that stated no updates!

Good but not without flaws

Missed a deduction in the Iowa State form! (The IAdvisor 529 college saving plan.) We entered this last year, but there was no reminder or prompt to make sure we entered it this year. … Overall it's easy to use, thorough, and reliable. ... I did my return over several days; upon returning to work after such a break, the program forced me back through questions I had answered previously. ... I would really like to be able to see the actual tax forms in incomplete stages; as it is, you can only see what your numbers look like in TT's format up until you file.
What's great about it: Remembers stuff from last year. Thorough. Easy to use.
What's not so great: Can't see the actual forms until you're ready to submit. Forces you back through questions you've already answered.

A Good Program

I have used TT for about 6 years, it was actually easier this year.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Trying to sell me extra stuff, which I understand.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
