I will continue to use Turbo Tax for years to come.
What's great about it: Better than doing it manually
What's not so great: Error Reporting not always helpful

THE GOV'S TAX LAWS ARE TOTALLY FORIEN TO ME. I CAN'T FIGURE THEM OUT. I WOULD RATHER SOMEONE ELSE DO THE RESEARCH AND PUT IT IN PLAIN ENGLISH THAT US DUMMIES CAN UNDERSTAND.
What's great about it: IT DOES THE THINKING FOR YOU.
What's not so great: CAN'T THINK OF ANY

I was helped by Jen to correct some erroneous data in my Tax submission to the IRS.
She helped me thru the procedure to correct the data, and resubmit it to the IRS.

Streamlining a stressful necessity

TurboTax makes the annual task of filing income taxes as stress-less as possible. Knowing tax experts are helping me fill out forms and file gives me peace of mind, knowing mistakes are minimized. I've not e-filed until this year; I'll do it again because TurboTax makes it happen flawlessly.
What's great about it: TruboTax makes filing one's taxes as painless as possible
What's not so great: Paying additional to file state taxes

Taxes Done Right Since Day One!

I have been using Turbo Tax since they first offered it and I have never had a problem with the software, If I had a tax question, I could check with their online tax people and continue on with a very easy process.
What's great about it: Fast, Easy & Accurate
What's not so great: Having to pay taxes in the first place!
