Overall.....good.
Requiring 4 char for a review nickname is shortsighted on your part...there are lots of 3 character nicknames (Bob, Jim, etc). Bad idea!
What's great about it: Accurate, intuitive and easy
What's not so great: Cumbersome getting back to where you were after exiting.

Always fast and easy!

I have been using Turbo Tax for 15 years and the process gets easier every year. The import of information from the previous years and the checks to ensure all deductions are taken give me great peace of mind year after year.
What's great about it: If I forget something, Turbo Tax reminds me! Foolproof for busy people who need to get taxes completed quickly!

Be More Human

For instance,
I am looking at a refund of 600 dollars at the top of my screen, but the middle of the screen shows a refund of 900 dollars. The difference is explainable in that I chose to send 300 dollars of the refund to next year's taxes. However, the two halves of the screen leave me wondering if there is a glitch in the program. This is just ONE example.

What's great about it: Accuracy of computations
What's not so great: TurboTax needs to improve its product's relation to reality, to the real tax forms, and to average human intelligence.

Turbo tax Rocks

i have been using Turbo Tax since 1995 and I feel like my Tax returns are accurate and complete when I file.
What's great about it: gives good advice
What's not so great: no dislikes
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments
