Easy to Use

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years and have found it easy to use. The carry over information is great including the prior year numbers to compare. The 5 year summary is good info.
What's great about it: Iinformation carried over from previous year
What's not so great: Button coloring does not have enough distinction from back ground

Absolutely the best!

Turbo Tax has for the last 5 years detailed my taxes, benefits, returns seamlessly. My tax knowledge is minimal, however I remain confident Turbo Tax is providing me with everything I need to sufficiently complete my yearly filing. This is important to me as I value the independence of completing my own taxes (of course only with your guidance!).
What's great about it: 1. options of easy vs. going through all the steps. 2. easy to go back in steps and review.

TT helped go from owing to receiving refund

Excellent way to file your taxes. It gets easier each year! It has easy to understand instructions and help is readily available.
What's great about it: Easy step by step guide through all of the various reporting requirements.
What's not so great: Pretty much can't think of any "cons".
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Asked on line help. What is the telephone number of customer service? Could not get customer service telephone number without going to different links. Gave up and a little miffed.
What's great about it: Program was very good! User friendly. Will use again next year.
What's not so great: Asked a simple question and referred to different links for answer.

Quick easy and accurate

This programs takes out all the pain on filling taxes, its easy and very quick. It can pick up info from last years return so you do not have to type it in again every year.
What's great about it: Can get taxes don in no time at all
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
