Investment forms (1099-xxx) can get to be confusing and a little more explanation who issues which version would help. Other than that, it doesn't get any easier.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and understand
What's not so great: A couple of items were somewhat obscure

Years of good work

Numerous years as a TurboTax customer. There are incremental improvements each year. Will continue to use the software in the foreseeable future. Very quick and relatively painless.
What's not so great: Needs capacity to add more flags

I have been using Turbo Tax for the last 5 years and never had any problems understanding what to do next. I like the fact that I can do it myself and not pay somebody to do it for me and I feel confident that my taxes were done right without worry of being audited. Thank You Intuit for making taxes an easy stress free process.

Fast, Easy, Stress Free

Overall TurboTax Deluxe made doing my taxes very easy. TurboTax imported my prior year information, since I used TurboTax last year. I answered questions and provided information from various tax related documents, such as W-2's, 1099's, 1098's, etc. TurboTax calculated my refund as I entered information into the program. I did have 1099 income this year, which was new. The program could have helped me to better understand how this works, as it really means that my wife was engaged in a business. TurboTax should also include information about what information to track during the coming year if she is going to continue to have a business. The 1099 income was very small and she will not have that anymore, so this has little impact on future tax years. In all fairness, TurboTax has a small business version of the program which might do these things. I'm not sure as I've never used that version.
I also really like the help center, which can be accessed by clicking the "?" button at the top of the application (I used the Mac installable CD version of this software).
What's great about it: The whole tax experience is broken down into bite sized questions.
What's not so great: Some tax concepts still require the use of outside resources for lay persons to understand.

Gets the job done

Overall this is a good product that I have used several years. I don't like paying for the state return e-file.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate
What's not so great: State Tax returns are to pricey and no free e-file on states
