Turbotax is Terrific!

Terrific product, just simple to use, lots of good interactive features, peace of mind that is has been done properly - Thank You!
What's great about it: Ease of use, ease of re-startability, ease of trying out different scenarios
What's not so great: on Print sceen for final doc I had to click on Preview....and I kept looking for a simple Print button

Exceeded my expectations!

I really enjoy using turbo tax. I always save my return using a pdf so I can always print later. It is easy to use and take you step my step. I really enjoy not having to write in things from the previous year that did not change!

Easy to use. I can get all my questions answered if any. Been using Turbo Tax for years wouldn't use anything else.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax got us a nice return plus an extra $150 we didn't know we could claim. Well done.
What's great about it: Easy to use, checks for deductions we did know existed.

Very Poor Stability

My experience with TurboTax has been terrible this year.
For the money I pay for the program and the exorbitant filing fees I expect a program to work without problems.
TurboTax has failed this year. I need to seriously consider if I will continue to pay the high price required to use this program.
What's great about it: I was finally able to file my taxes
What's not so great: Program kept crashing. Response from "Support" was not helpful. Only able to continue with a user supplied fix.

I've written down my Intuit password this year tyo avoid this in the future
What's great about it: Carries my old info forward year to year
What's not so great: passwords

Mostly easy

When e-filing, the program said that updates were available even though I had downloaded all updates before starting. I clicked the "Check for updates" in the menu and it told me that no updates were available. Then when e-filing, it said that it couldn't because update were available. I shut down the program, re-opened it, and the e-filing went correctly. The program has a lot of nice features, but my last memory will be the difficulties at the end which should not be there.
What's great about it: Most instructions clear; no issues with entering or checking data.
What's not so great: Difficulty with e-filing
Pros: I bought or sold investments
