Another year done

I have been using Turbo tax for many years and each year it gets less stressful. I used to dread doing my taxes and usually waited until the last minute.
I am pleased that I just filed it two months earlier this year.
Love the E-file system.

Easiest program for you to use

What's great about it: Everything
What's not so great: Nothing

Lousy Install

Have installed TT on XP machine for past 10 years. This year for some reason Intuit decides that older pc's are irrelevant, even though they are up to date with all Microsoft's fixes. What was so wonderful about newer instruction sets that it warranted dumping all of us older users? I don't think I should have to jump through hoops to get the product to install. Think Intuit should have re-written the install. Have been doing my own taxes on a pc long before TT came on the scene. Maybe it's time to move on to a different product.
What's great about it: Does good job as always with the tax prep but....
What's not so great: 2013 Installation problems inexcusable

Business, Deluxe with state

Make it easier and cheaper. Integrate and simplify your process more. This really could be more user friendly.
What's great about it: I don't have to pay an accountant $$$$$$$
What's not so great: I have to buy 10 different things from Intuit. Little integration between business and deluxe products. Expensive!

best tax help I have had for the last 20 years. I have recieved the best returns ever. Better tan any other tax service i have used. will always use Turbo Tax.

What's great about it: detailed help for when it gets confusing - in English, not IRS
