Good Intermediate Tool, needs some work for Educ

Great tool and I always prefer using it. This was the first year I've had an issue. When I filled out the education portion for my MBA to improve my job related skills it told me I could not deduct those. However, I already knew that they fell under Miscellaneous Deductions. It's a shame it didn't have guiding questions to get you to the right location on the tax forms. I also wonder how many people lost out on refund dollars based on that lack of guidance.
What's great about it: Covers most items well
What's not so great: Does not automatically guide for Education for High Earners
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

My Refund Was so Easy

Went through with no problems like every year. I would tell anyone to use Turbo Tax. Saves me so much trouble running around and paying more for services.
What's great about it: The process and ease of following thru
What's not so great: Just a little long but exspected

Speedy Fill

The only data imported from the previous year was the personal data. The figure comparison was not imputed so I see the deference.
What's great about it: Able to fill requireddata as needed.
What's not so great: Inport of previous year's data.

Awesome step by step filing

Best value I have found. I have done the free tax approach, paid tax preparers, and then done them through TurboTax. I don't think I'll go back.
What's great about it: really easy to navigate, and we have complex filing issues
What's not so great: had a hard time finding straight forward answers to an unusual filing question

Very user friendly. Guide is easy and like the little morale comments throughout the process. (i.e. - 4 down, 6 to go!)
What's great about it: Simple step by step - easy to follow
