Fast and mostly easy

As usual, Turbo Tax came through for us, with easy to use buttons, clear explanations and intuitive navigation. The only frustration we experienced was when we were trying to find an answer about our Mortgage Credit Certificate we could not find a "chat" button nor an answer in the previously asked questions.
What's great about it: Step by step guidance through the IRS minefield
What's not so great: No easy chat button

Turbo Tax -- ten years and going

Been using Turbo Tax for over ten years. It is by far the best product available to do federal and state taxes. Easy to use, updates are done for you, companion program of It's Deductible worth its weight in gold as well.
What's great about it: Ease of use; cost; accuracy

I have been using turbo tax since the mid 90's and have found it to be very easy to use ,highly accurate ,inexpensive compared to having a professional tax service do my taxes

Have used this product for several years now. Has saved my preparation fees and I have gotten good returns every time I use it. Highly recommend it for anyone who likes to control their finances and likes a step by step process of preparation.
What's great about it: Easy to use and understand, accurate, well explained
What's not so great: None that I've encountered

2013 Refund

Found the part-time side business part a bit complicated even with the 'help' bubbles, now that our household went on 'Retirement' for the 2013 year. Next year's IRS & VA taxes should be sooo much easier, as I'll keep some copies of forms as a reminder.
What's great about it: the detailed walk-through with the explanations if I needed help
What's not so great: I missed the- 'suggestions for you in your 2014 returns'
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
