Good Program - Bad Promotion

I have used Turbo Tax for years and deluxe ALWAYS INCLUDED one state return with the purchase price. I was totally blown away when I got to the state part and they wanted additional funds. I will consider using another product next year even though I am very familiar with this one.
What's great about it: Does taxes easily
What's not so great: dropped included state

I have used TurboTax for 5+ years and I will keep coming back. TurboTax is easy to use, it guides me thru each section I will need, but also lets me skip around if I need to. Thank you for making tax time a breeze!!!
What's great about it: Easy to use

2013 TAXES - UGH!!!

ACTUALLY LIVING IN STATE WITH A STATE INCOME TAX AND HAVING TO FILE RETURN IS A CON, BUT TURBO TAX MADE IT EASY TO FILE.
What's great about it: EASY TO FOLLOW PLAIN LANGUAGE DESCRIPTIONS
What's not so great: PAYING FOR STATE RETURN

This made filing painless. Only took about an hour to complete and I feel like I got the best return possible. Very easy to understand and follow.

Love being able to do my own taxes.

I appreciate having this application to do my own taxes. I would like to see a list of the forms that are being generated and a chance to see them prior to printing to make sure they are answered correctly. Sometime things that carry over from the previous year need to be asked or questioned in a different manner to understand the applicability.
What's great about it: I like the layout
What's not so great: I don't like how many steps you have to go through to get back to some of the questions.

Always easy to use

Long time Turbotax user (Since days of MacinTax) Was ready to file in January but cannot because of delayed 8960. I have come to expect better from Turbo tax and could have filed with IRS quicker and easier this year! :{
What's great about it: Still very easy and intuitive. Excellent!

Found the program easy to follow

If I could see on the tax form were I was as I was doing the questions would be helpful to me. On past versions I remember that you could click to see the form.
What's great about it: easy to understand questions
What's not so great: not easy to see the tax form as you go through the questions
