A little taken back

It is a great program. My only concern is that you have to pay extra for multiple states just for the paperwork, which costs more than the actual e-filing. Other than that, its easy to follow with very good directions.
What's great about it: Easy to follow steps

I've been using TurboTax for so long, it's like being reunited with an old friend each filing year. People that go to tax offices are missing out on the easy and reward of doing their own taxes.

Quick and Easy

This is a very easy way to complete your taxes. I don't have anything complicated on my return, just 1 state income, home interest, bank interest, charity, student loan payments, kids with no income. I've been using Turbotax for years and even with a state to state move and a home sale it walked me through every step.
What's great about it: Fast and easy to use
What's not so great: Sometimes it's unclear when turbotax will hit a certain topic

What's great about it: I like the walk through so that you shouldn't miss any deductions

The Best Tax Program Available

For the last several tax years I have had problems with NY States computations. They did not accept my wife's name and Social Security Number and removed certain deductions for my stepdaughter thereby lowering my refund by substantial amounts.
I hope this year it has changed. If not for this problem I would always give TurboTax five stars
