Fast n' Easy!

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now, through simple returns all the way up to running a home business. Every year is simple, has a good walk-through, and is fairly fast to work through. Even though taxes are complicated and stressful, Turbo Tax has made the whole process easier and not something I dread every year. Thank you Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Very user friendly for the noobie tax filer
What's not so great: Some of the explanations are a little hard to understand
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo is Wonderful

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years and have found it to be easy to use and quite intuitive. I would recommend it to any of my friends.
What's great about it: It is extremely easy to use and assists with questions you might have.
What's not so great: Nothing

Make the complex easy!

This year i had a 401(k) rollover, stock and mutual fund sales and purchases, 4 W-2's and a larger than normal number of charitable contributions. Was no harder than a "normal" year!
What's great about it: Comparison to previous year; easy question format; double check everything
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

One More Year Down!

I'm your average, non-tax-pro person and I find TurboTax very easy to use and easy to understand. I especially appreciate that it walks you through every possible deduction and double checks to make sure you haven't overlooked any. I also appreciate that it still gives you the option of inputting all info yourself, rather than insisting you download it, as I'm leery of giving outsiders access to my bank and brokerage accounts.
What's great about it: Thorough, clear, walks you through every step and every possible deduction, easy to understand
What's not so great: Can't think of any cons

continued Cons: 1099 G information was incorrectly entered so that I was being assessed a 10% penalty on earnings in granddaughters 529 when all of the expenses qualified as legitimate.
What's not so great: I found two significant errors. My IRA and pension had been classified as a Public rather than Private.
