Three states easy return

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 9 years. used to use HR Block.
Turbo Tax step by step instructions make it easy, anyone can do their own taxes.
I just wish it came with the option of purchasing one or two states up front.
What's great about it: Step by step instructions made it easy.
What's not so great: only comes with one state. (two would be a nice option)
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

The program is easy and simple to use. I had trouble again this year with having the program installed on my computer. The ability to ask questions is nice, but I would rather have a database built into the program or a way of getting specific questions answered, maybe through email.
What's great about it: It took a lot of the work out of fileing. I didn't have to keep going to tax publications
What's not so great: i don't like having to go out on the internet to answers. I would rather have answers from a pro or a database built in

Internet version didn't work as I thought

I thought I would try the on-line version this year, and as I got into it realized that all my previous info would not be imported. I had carryovers and depreciation, so it was easier to buy the software as I usually do and forget the on-line version. Still a great bargain - been a user since TurboTax was first released in its DOS version.
What's great about it: Same quality product I've used for years
What's not so great: Not a good internet experience

This is, hands-down, the most user friendly software I have ever used. I've been using TurboTax for seven years now and it seems to get easier every year. I think I completed my taxes in about half an hour, with all the pre-fills. I love it!
