Acceptable Tax Preperation

For the cost of the program and the complexity of my return Turbo Tax was a sufficiant program.
What's great about it: Inexpensive
What's not so great: Have to go through Turbo Tax input screens

Been using Turbo Tax for years and it is a great product. However, the program is not intuitive for military members who are stationed in a location other than their home of record. Screen should clearly delineate between current duty station and home of record. I have receive error messages for years when answering the questions about home of record, when I established residency and if I lived in another state.
What's not so great: Military Home of Record vs. State I currently reside

Big refund

Really easy to use like always. Only negative was that I could not pull data from last year's online version, no storage for returns online for returns done through purchased software.
What's great about it: Mac software was easy to install and use
What's not so great: Could not pull data from last year's online version, no storage for returns online

Muliple year user....can't be easier

I have progressed from a small business owner that paid thousands in tax-prep fees to being able to do my own taxes.
What's great about it: navigation, easy to understand ( and I am illiteriate)
What's not so great: none
