This is my 8th year using TurboTax and I love it. It takes me longer to gather my paperwork together than it does to complete the process. I'll be back for my 2014 TurboTax software next year!
What's great about it: Walks you through each step with clear, easy-to-understand questions
What's not so great: Doesn't allow separate entry of Schedule N info on Detroit city return

Turbo Tax helped me once again prepare my taxes from the comfort of my own home! It's always helpful to have the support site and phone number in case I needed individualized support.
What's great about it: Loved how the program walked me through all the steps and deductions.
What's not so great: It was a bit confusing at times when I went back to review information knowing whether they wanted the info again.

Pros and Cons

EVERY page i got a script error, a result of a problem in downloading the product. I could not get around it and had to click "yes" to continue to run EVERY PAGE, it got exceedingly annoying. Also I wanted to efile my federal but not state. I was only getting back $70 and it would cost half my refund to efile state, NOT WORTH IT. But trying to select one for efile one for printing was a pain! it was not clear it was insanely frustrating and I ended up very stressed out.
What's great about it: pretty straight forward and helps you through
What's not so great: printing and efile problems, Script Error

need a copy and paste feature

basically the program is easy IF you are already familiar with a 1040 form and Schedule A and B. The e-file part was a breeze. I have non reimbursed employee expenses and I found that section to be very helpful.
What's great about it: I like the estimated refund at the top of each screen
What's not so great: you have to manually reenter all your W-2Gs from the same Payer

I found the software easy to use and to move within the program. I, however, am having a problem printing the forms for my own record.

Very easy and helpful program. I've used TurboTax before and will definitely use them next year. I feel very confident using them.
What's great about it: Quick, simple, easy (as paying taxes can be)
