Turbocharged Tax Filing

I've been using TurboTax for several years now and love the product. Soooo easy to use. We've saved tons of money over the years using the ItsDeductible tool.
What's great about it: Ease of use and love the ItsDeductible feature
What's not so great: None that I can think of!

Surprised at Refund!

What's not so great: Refund Status - doesn't say when refund is expected. I thought this was stated in previous versions?

Easy and quick

Great product that was easy to use and I completed my return in no time!
What's great about it: Really easy to use and didn't take much time at all.
What's not so great: None.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Six Years and still winning!

I have used Turbo Tax for six years now and I love every minute I see my refund grow! Time and money well spent! I will continue to do my own taxes and get the maximum refund possible!
What's great about it: Always asks the questions and reverifies your answers!
What's not so great: Can't think of any!

Amazing product, used it multiple times. Just keeps getting better and more user friendly.

This year's experience with Turbo-Tax was very stressful.
The program did not ask if my child was a full time student and so she was not considered my dependent. I did my own research at the IRS website and found that I could claim her as a dependent.
Hopefully this glitch can be remedied so that others do not have the same stress that I did. This experience has shaken my trust in Turbo Tax.

What's great about it: efiling convenience, guaranteed calculations
What's not so great: confusing qualification for dependents this year, many reviews were necessary

Smooth Filing

I prepare my return as the various 1099's and interest statements trickle in. Turbo Tax has improved this each year and it really helps to organize it all. Then the checking and filing steps are a breeze.
What's great about it: allows me to move around easily when preparing
