NO CONFIRMATION EMAILS WERE RECEIVED!

You need to do something to make sure that a current email address is entered and consistently used by the taxpayer. I am glad that I still had my account online, but I still had to update the account's email when I signed in to use it. And I'm also glad that I relented on not receiving text messages on my phone.
What's great about it: Easy interview.
What's not so great: Misdirected emails.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Very easy to use.

Turbo tax is very easy to use, especially if you use it for consecutive years (and have few or no changes). The downside is you trap yourself into this, and may be paying more than you need to for their tax services--unless you consider the ease of use to be worth the extra fees.
What's great about it: Very easy to use.
What's not so great: Sometimes you can get off-track and must re-do stuff.

EASY AND SIMPLE

AS LONG AS YOU HAVE ALL YOUR FORMS (W2, AND OTHER PAPERWORK NEEDED FOR TAXES) THAN IT IS A SIMPLE PROCESS THAT IS FAR LESS TIME CONSUMING THAN DOING IT BY HAND.
What's great about it: EASY TO USE AND SIMPLE TO UNDERSTAND
What's not so great: NONE

Always use Turbo Tax. Although I had to pay a lot this year at least it was helpful in filling out forms.

tough job - good instructions

Apparently I lost my state sales tax deduction, but I don't know why as there was no explanation. The update online didn't provide any info on it and the CD form was circular and answered nothing. I am happy with turbo tax, my third year!!
What's great about it: relatively easy to follow instructions

Awesome we finally get a decent refund !

I definitely will file this way next year and the following years. We were getting tired of having to pay big money for having a tax person who's fees went up each year. I was kinda afraid of doing my own, afraid of making a mistake. It was simple once i started, it asked a question and I entered the amounts. Thanks for a wonderful program that we can all follow.
What's great about it: I had to look it over before I started, all went well after that.
What's not so great: Some of the forms were confusing, all the different M?.
