Gets the job done fairly simply
What's great about it: It walks me through the process fairly simply.
What's not so great: There are times when I'm not totally sure I have selected the correct answer and there is really no one I can call easil

Return still requires some editing of individual forms, primarily in the state return. especially how to input what information if no HC form was received.
What's great about it: Mostly good
What's not so great: Still a few obscure areas

I use Turbo Tax every year and I really like that it transfers all my information into the new tax year. It is very user friendly and easy to use.

Overall good program, great company and I'm pleased to work with Turbo Tax to again file my taxes. It really did make the entire thing a lot easier.
What's great about it: Great service, easy to use, quick, helps make sense of things
What's not so great: A few too many extra items to purchase to make it work. buying that second state and some other items was annoying
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This was the easiest year filing with Turbo Tax in a couple of years. All the forms I needed were available early so I did not have to wait. Great job Turbo Tax!

The easy manner in which the application guided you through each step was excellent. Have been using TURBO TAX for a number of years, great product.
