Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for years and I still love it as much as all the other years.
What's great about it: Fast and very easy. PLUS...it transfers over my info from previous year. Love that!
What's not so great: None

I look forward to doing my tax with TurboTax. Once all of the data is gathered, the input process is straight forward.
What's great about it: Very easy to use

Have used TurboTax for years and have always been completely satisfied. The program seems to get better each year. The ItsDeducctible section is particularly helpful and seems to contain more items each year. I had a problem with filing one of my returns and the IRS rejected it. TurboTax immediately pointed out the problem and I was able to refile the return right then.
What's great about it: Thoroughness and ease of filing
What's not so great: Rather drawn out process and could use more interrelated help subjects
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Overall I really like this product and some of the problems I sometimes have might be operator error. The information might be there and I have missed it or overlooked it.
What's great about it: It is easy to use and explains things very well, the prompts are well thought out and come at the right time on the form
What's not so great: Might be a little hard to see where you are on the form and know what is coming up and what to expect.
