I have been using Turbo Tax now for several years and it just gets better every year. I have no trouble following the instructions.

i ENJOY USING TURBO TAX PROGRAM. HAVE USED IT FOR YEARS. WHAT I DONT LIKE IS HOW YOU HAVE TO PRINT YOUR FORMS. COULD BE MORE LIKE OTHER PROGRAMS LIKE MICROSOFT.
What's great about it: DOES A GREAT JOB OF GUIDING ME

Easy to use, quick calculations. Current on tax laws
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Dificulty going back over secments once done to change things
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall TurboTax is very good. Maybe it's me, but I think the Print for your files section could be improved. It's not always clear what exactly I'm printing.
What's great about it: TurboTax is very easy to use
What's not so great: Too much hyping of additional services/products to buy

TurboTax® Makes It Easy!

Overall, TurboTax® makes filing easy. If you forget something, it will take you back. A great feature is if you wish to return at a later time, it knows where you left off. I recommend it.
What's great about it: The "question by question" approach makes it easy.
What's not so great: Some online help topics don't fully address question at hand.
