I made an error in my first attempt and try as I might I was not allowed to fix the error. Finally I checked the help line and found that if I located the file under turbotas and deleted the file I was allowed to start from scratch. This time around I completed the return and succesfully e-filed my federal return. The second try was relatively easy!

Helped solve weird issues

I've used turbo tax for many years. I have always recieved maximum refunds, and very seldom had issues with IRS. When I have had an issue, it was not because of turbo tax, but an issue with IRS inputting wrong information, or social security inputting wrong information.

i love turbo tax and use it every year. it saves your data from previous years returns and makes the process even easier!!! provides audit protection, double checks it all over and over to assure you are getting the best refund possible and eliminating any errors. Absolutely fantastic product!!! Dont be caught during tax season without it!!!
What's great about it: Step by step guided questions to help you answer and then automatically fills out the return for you! Extremely thorough
What's not so great: non so far!

What's great about it: THE STEPS GOING THRU THE TURBO TAX WERE EASY.

Easy Enough For Anyone

I've been preparing my own taxes since before the computer age. I've tried a few of the other software tax prep kits, but I've been using Turbo Tax the past three years running, I believe. I have absolutely no reason to change. I've helped others prepare their taxes, including those with a small business and rental property. Turbo Tax seems to help make the overall experience as easy as preparing an EZ form for someone.
What's great about it: Takes you through A-Z, if needed
What's not so great: Nothing Really

Property taxes for personal autos & pickup trucks

Need to clearly identify where these entries go in turbo tax. Only Motor Homes, Mobile Homes, Boats & Planes are listed choices. Add personal autos and pickup trucks.
