LOVE THIS THING

I love Turbo Tax. I have been using Turbo Tax for about 7 years now, and i have never been happier with the product. I feel as though I get all the return i am looking for and then some. And the ease of doing this in my own living room as opposed to sitting down with somebody for 2 hours trying to figure it out. And i think the price is very reasonable, although i would like to see a discount for returning customers, like myself, who will continue to use Turbo Tax!!!
What's great about it: EASE, AND A GREAT FEELING OF SECURITY

Easy to use

Turbo tax is organized and easy to understand. I receive the most refund possible and the efile is great. Refunds come quickly as a direct deposit into my account. This is my 3rd year using Turbo tax and I would highly recommend it to others. I like that it saves the information as I go in case I get interrupted in the middle of the tax preparation. I like that the information from last year is automatically uploaded to the current year so that I don't have to re-enter the information.

Easy and Quick

My return took less than an hour to do. Just answer the questions. It pulled in all my W2 info. This is a great tool for taxes!!

State return. State return is subtracting my Kansas income from the Federal AGI, giving me a lower gross income to enter the tax tables than I deserve. I cannot figure out how to correct it. Help!
What's great about it: great experience with Federal Return
What's not so great: Poor experience with State Return - am finding an error in the return that I do not know how to correct.

BIG EASY

This is my 5th year in a row to use TurboTax. Wouldn't want to use anything else!
What's great about it: So quick and easy to use the 2nd (or more) time(s)
What's not so great: A little tedious to use the first time, as I recall.
