Easy Refund

very easy to do a simple return
What's great about it: easy
What's not so great: state efile should be included in price
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I only use Turbo Tax for my refund

I have been using Turbo Tax for 2 years so far and wouldn't use another way to get my taxes back, it's that good.

Refund Blast!

Maximized my refund! I felt I had an easy time getting my refund, although when I had bought TurboTax, I believed I would be receiving a free state refund, I had not realized that there would be hidden fees taken out when they where filed! Overall, I felt TurboTax was convenient, easy, and very helpful to use! I will be using TurboTax for next years as well :)
What's great about it: Quick and easy!
What's not so great: Hidden fees at the end

Easier than prior years

Overall the product continues to improve, it was much easier to file than in prior years. The fees for electronic state file are off the wall considering the expense to intuit but I guess they need to make money somehow. I still am unhappy with the handling of certain stock transactions but can't justify the expense for premier as the one time I purchased it I was dissatisfied.
What's great about it: simpler than prior years
What's not so great: schedule B for ESPP shares is still annoying

Been using TurboTax for years. Wouldn't use anything else. Easy to understand questions and guidance. Saves time every year importing from last years info.
