Excellent support for tough questions

BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR 7 YEARS AND EACH YEAR IT SEEMS TO GET EASIER. SYSTEM IS EASY TO FOLLOW AND IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND A QUESTION, HELP IS JUST A CLICK AWAY, ANSWERS ARE EASY TO FOLLOW. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. I WILL BE USING FOREVER.

Used Turbptax for years

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and have always been happy with the results. No searching through the confusing IRS tax manuals for instructions that no one can understand and still feel confident that a correct income tax form has been filed.
Keep up the good work and I will continue to use Turbo Tax in the years to come.
What's great about it: Easy to use, helps organize data, easy to file

I really like to use turbo tax. Have tried other programs before and have found them hard to follow.

I've used Turbo Tax for many years now - can't see that changing in the near future. I don't need a pen and paper, nor adding machine. Just plug in the numbers and let TT rock
What's great about it: Guides me every step of the way
What's not so great: Filing state tax too expensive

Very easy to go through all the menu and fast too...
It is more than 5 years that I am doing the taxes with Turbo tax..
It is great!!!!!
This time I had a problem during e-filing .... link or intuit host down... I guess...
