Faster than ever

This is the bet program yet. I have been using Turbo Tax since '05 and this year it took no time to complete; with little problems.
What's great about it: Transferring the data from last return.
What's not so great: Had to hunt for specific corrections in the end.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I went to a tax agency then I ran the program both asked the same questions and came out with the same answer I wonder if they;re using this program

My kids did their first tax filings!

I have 2 daughters who had to do their taxes for the first time. I sat with them but they navigated the site well without my input and filed their taxes in one sitting. Now they really have no fear of managing their life~! (Uh-oh)
What's great about it: so easy to follow and answer the questions

Good, could be better

I could not do my taxes myself without a tax prep program like Turbo Tax, which I have used more than a decade,Yet better information is needed while completing the questions.. Example, basic difference in 1099 Misc income between boxes 3 and 7. One is taxed heavily, the other one is not but I thought it made no difference. There are other gaps that take me time to work through but I probably will use it next year unless I get a strong recommendation from my accountant friends regarding another product.
What's great about it: Calculations based on info provided are very sound
What's not so great: Gaps in explanations exist. State tax process less reliable

I love Turbo Tax and have been using it for years. It is so easy to navigate throught the site. They guide you each and every step to make sure you enter everything you need to enter. Stress free tax preparation.
What's great about it: step by step directions. couldnt be easier
