Easy, easy, easy

As long as your income, deductions, etc. all stay relatively the same Turbotax can handle your return in a very short period of time.
What's great about it: Transfers all information from previous year

Good and Disappointing

I like Turbo Tax for its simplicity of use... need a small business version that does not cost a small business too much
What's great about it: Well structured interface.... easy to answer questions
What's not so great: Should have updated files first before doing taxes... Some business sections are confusing for home business users

Getting worse

Used to like TT but this was just plain bad. I kept getting a message about a script error asking if I wanted to continue running scripts. Links to my browser would crash it (Firefox.) Some buttons did absolutely nothing.
What's great about it: I guess it worked...I hope
What's not so great: tons of script errors, some buttons just plain didnt work.

TURBO CHARGED MY REFUND

1. I actually had fun filling in the blanks (easy when instructions were crystal clear).
2. I had my solar powered calculator readyfor action but didn't need it.
3. This is the third year I've used TurboTax & I'll probably use it again next year.
4. I'm going to recommend TT to my friends.

What's great about it: Easy as pie...even for a debit & credit illiterate like me.

Excellent, easy to use and understand.

Turbo tax makes filing very easy and checks my return as I go along. Submission is fast and easy, I got my state refund within four days. I always get excellent guidance which gives me confidence that my return is correct.
What's great about it: I use Turbotax every year and have always been happy doing so.

What's great about it: it is really good and easy to walk your way through your return
What's not so great: when you complete a section don't like to have to scrool down the the end everytime
