Effectiveness and Ease of Use

I have been using TurboTax for over 8 years now. I have even used it and had a CPA check my return too. TurboTax typically performs better and at a much lower expense.
It also does a great job integrating with my state return. I can enter the data one time and get both returns completed.
What's great about it: TurboTax is very effective at bringing all our income together, and then managing our deductions .
What's not so great: Paying to e-File twice - once for State and once for Federal

Outstanding product! I'm a sold-out Turbo-tax user; best way to do taxes on the market - I rest easy when I'm done!
What's great about it: Fastest, easiest, clearest, most concise approach to filing.
What's not so great: Can't think of one!

What's great about it: Covered all the bases for me even ones I hadn't thought about.

This is my second year using TurboTax and so far it has been great. Took me less time to complete my return with TT then using other tax preparation services. No appointment needed!
What's great about it: Not having to reenter all my families infermation

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now and I highly recommend its use. Love, how explanations/definitions are just a click away for any of the deductions to help user understand if they qualify for different deductions.
What's great about it: Affordable, User friendly, Made tax process less stressful
What's not so great: None for me

Excellent (except for one small flaw)

I would hate doing my taxes without TurboTax.
However the one flaw is that Turbo does not provide a print option that prints EXACTLY was what efiled with the IRS.
Example: Does TurboTax actually send the receipt for AuditDefense to the IRS.
TurboTax should provide a way to save a file with EXACTLY what was e-filed with the IRS
What's great about it: Easy and Thorough
What's not so great: Taxes saved for records are not exact set of what was efiled
