Tenth year with Turbo Tax

Over all, I think I'm set to use Turbo Tax year to year until I get into something I just can't handle with TT. As for the past ten years though, I really don't think that day will come. TT and/or their people have always been available to help when needed. The few times I had to call in for support I found their personnel polite and very aware of their product. They all seem to have a master's understanding of their product and of the existing tax laws. I guess 'pleasant' is also there to help describe them. During any conversation they never seem to be talking down to you which is certainly appreciated. That fact makes it feel like a welcome when they answer and you're never hesitant to call again.
What's great about it: I like the way it goes year to year and follows and compares year to year.
What's not so great: I still have trouble with the 'next' page icon being viewable from page to page.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Simplifies a COMPLICATED Process

I have used Turbo Tax for many years, only venturing to another software briefly. I like Turbo Tax. I like that it will transfer last year's information into this year's return. I like that it's pretty much a one-stop-shop & that complicated tax forms are interpreted into American English. Thank you Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Immediately provides links to questions I have.

Great Tax Program!

The tax walk through still needs to be simplified a little further to put the user at ease before clicking on each "continue" button. There isn't enough information on each page to clarify what the terms mean for the tax filer. Please include more information on each tax question on the front page (instead of having to dig for information). Try to update all of the examples as well. I noticed that there were a few that were a bit outdated. Realizing this, I may intend to switch tax software if I discover this again next year.
What's great about it: Simple Program!
What's not so great: Still a little confusing at times.

Overall I like Turbo Tax. However, it would be nice to select specific screens a little easier, i.e. "choose what to work on" rather than "step by step" especially in the State return.
What's great about it: Easy to use, remember last year's return.

It was very easy to file. The step by step instructions were very clear and helpful. Except for the downloads, I was done in a short amount of time.
What's great about it: It was very quick. The steps were easy to understand.
What's not so great: The downloads took a LOOOOONG Time!!

The Wisconsin state tax process is difficult and I don't think it is accurate. Turbo tax did not recognized that I moved to WI during the year. It was difficult to find the form for partial year residents. My personal information did not transfer to the WI form.
What's great about it: Federal and Minnesota returns were easy and I feel confident that my returns ares correct
What's not so great: The Wisconsin return is very difficult. I did the return 3 times and came up with 3 different results.
