Job Done!

I've been using TurboTax for many years. Makes a distasteful task a little more tolerable. I'd rather do this than fill out forms for some tax accountant who will just enter my data in a program like TurboTax.
What's great about it: Takes me through each step using plain language.
What's not so great: It's still complex, but I guess you can't do anything about the government.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have been using TurboTax as long as I can remember. Wouldn't use any other tax software. Why pay someone when it's so easy with TurboTax.

There is less and less information easily available each year in ever area. This year I had many little glitches because of that, but most of all, I could not find financial partner download, which should be a specific area in Income or somewhere.
In addition, you have found all kinds of "errors" that don't really exist on my forms, which is complicating my life. I don't have time for that.

Awesome Product! I love Turbo Tax

I can do my taxes in one afternoon and celebrate that I usually get a refund. I love doing my part for the economy! Filing our taxes is so important and using Turbo Tax relieves the stress of it all!
What's great about it: Quick, Easy and Satisfying
What's not so great: Nothing!

Some difficulty, but the help was awsome.

I like the tool, however, some numbers did not correctly come across from the federal into the state form forcing an override. Even though the number was correct on the federal. When I clicked on the data source on the state form (with the wrong amount) it came to the federal line number that had the correct amount. I am uncomfortable making overrides since I do not know the impact to all other forms.
What's great about it: efiling is extremely easy.
What's not so great: Deleting draft versions is not easy. Native o/s required.

Didn't catch that my PIN or AGI were insufficient but helped straighten it out easily.
