I have used TurboTax quite a few years. The ease of your product is absolutely amazing. It's extremely user friendly as well. Also, the guide is very thorough. I honestly feel nothing is left unchecked. Thank you!

I have been using TurboTax for the last 4 years or so after switching from their main competitor. Every year the GUI gets easier and I have never been audited (so far) because of the accuracy of the program and how they guided you through what you can and cannot do.
What's great about it: Import last year's data. Improves GUI every year. Simplistic.
What's not so great: None that I can think of.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Taxes made simple

Hep menu and all aspects of program easy to use and explained well for all common items. W-2Gcould use a little improvement but impressed at ease of use overall.
What's great about it: easy to use step by step
What's not so great: w2-G box 13 should have pull down menu for state code
