I have been using TurboTax fro 10+ years. The best way to file taxes. And the most inexpensive.

Software is still easy to use. I would like to see a link to further explain different terminologies like HSA cafeteria plan, etc..
What's great about it: Yet another easy year filing taxes using turbo tax
What's not so great: should put check for updates once you download turbotax

Works well just as in past years,
One exception though
Turbotax demands a 5 digit E-file pin before allowing me to print my returns to mail ??? whats that about?

Excellent Service

The service is overall the best thing that has happened to tax preparation. The problem was that my e-mail address changed
and you couldn't get my updated credit info. I got an introductory
cd but couldn't find a way to access my old account with a new e-mail. I simply registered again under the new address and I hope the extra account will not be a problem.(there is no point you sending e-mails to the old me)

Calmed my Nerves

As a first time tax filer, I was nervous about not knowing what to type. With the help of TurboTax step-by-step process, I never was worried about filing the incorrect information!
What's great about it: Worked with you step by step
What's not so great: Would have like a "take a picture" option of tax forms
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great product. Have used for maybe 5-6 years and always come back year-after-year. It is very thorough product. Plenty of detail. Can be as detailed as you want or as brief as you want.

State Tax Refund

I had to search hard to find where to report OK State Tax Refund. Needs to be included in the correct place in the Tax Program.
I had trouble finding information about a specific line item.
I will most likely go back to my previous tax program. It took way to long to complete my return.
