I will use this application forever...but...there are a few more user friendly interfaces that might be considered.
1) when I entered my 1099s, I missed entering tax ID of company. It appears to be a required field, so why let me move beyond that entry? During review, the software caught it but..
2) that correction interface takes you right to the tax form...ugly interface....
Other than that, I'm quite pleased.
What's great about it: I've used it for years and will continue to do so!
What's not so great: There were some forms where I skipped info and had to go back and fill in data
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy To Use & Accurate

I have used Turbo Tax for at least 5 years and I would recommend it to anyone. It's very easy to use; just answer the questions and it does all the work.
My only complaint is when you are going through each section, i.e., wage and income, deductions, etc., when I finish one part of that section it takes me back to the top of that section so I have to page down to find the next part to go through. It would help if the program would know that I'm done with that part of the section and would take me to the beginning of the next part. It gets old having to page down every time to get to the next part of that section.
Also it would be helpful to have the Continue button higher on the screen so you didn't have to scroll down to get to it on each page.
What's great about it: Easy questions, searches for the best refund possible
What's not so great: Some structure problems; nothing major

easy and fast

I think the overall experience is great, and easy. I do think that one thing that could be improved is to have a checklist of any possible deduction forms, or items needed or approved to use during your taxes. like receipts from charity organizations or anything that you need to have before you even start your taxes.
What's great about it: pretty straight forward, no tricky questions, fast experience

Easy to use

Been using Turbotax for many years now and except for some hiccups with last year's version, have always been very happy. As long as you have all your records for input this program is pretty straight forward and moves you right through the process. And you don't have to do it all in one sitting if you have a less than straight forward return to prepare, your return is always saved and you can come back to it at any time. Will continue using TurboTax for our returns.
What's great about it: Easy to use with Guide Me
What's not so great: updates can sometimes take a while

iiiiiiiiiihave used turbo tax for quite a few years now, i have found it easy to use and a excellant program. i am very pleased with this product.

Easy to use!

I have used Turbo Tax for at least 7 or 8 years now and I haven't had one problem!!! No audits at all!!! Can't ask anything better than that!!!
What's great about it: Step by step that couldn't be easier
What's not so great: None that I can think of!

EASY FILING

Turbo Tax is an excellent program. It guides you through all the deductions you never thought about and help you to get the most refund back that's due to you.
What's great about it: Was able to easily transfer over info from previous year
