Awesome Refund

I would suggest this to anyone who would like to save money with an easy to use system. I went through every section they offered and completed the process in 1.5 hours. I also filed at the end and saved time with automatic deposit and withdrawal. They really don't miss any details.
What's great about it: Extremely Easy to complete, I even set up for Automatic Deposit for Federal as well as Automatic Debit to pay my State
What's not so great: No Cons

Easiest Tax Program for Non-Tax Professional

Loved how easy it was to load the program and the automatic updates. Also, it walked me through everything and made me really think about some possible tax implications. It is very well thought out program because it is so comprehensive.
What's great about it: Asks Me Questions I wouldn't think to ask myself

Love the product except for Colorado Chevy Volt.
What's great about it: Very good on Fed side
What's not so great: Colorado did not have the Electric Plug in Vehicle for Chevy Volt

concerns gambling wins=losses

When a person has gambling wins, tt should automatically ask if there are losses and send you to the place to enter them. I had to search this out myself to put it in the correct spot. Also, when you hit the point where losses are more than wins, tt should make the adjustment for you.
What's great about it: very easy to enter the w2's for gambling wins
What's not so great: had search through schedle A to find where I enter the losses
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2013 Turbo Tax

I've never had so much trouble printing a document since I've been using a computer. Probably won't use Turbo Tax next year as it was too difficult this year!!

I have been using TurboTax for year and it gets better and better each year. I like how simple it is to use and how it walks me through everything so I do not miss something.
What's great about it: Easy to use and helps me find all my deductions
What's not so great: That I have to pay to file state taxes.

trouble transmitting returns

had difficulty transmitting federal and state returns. kept getting cannot validate, need an update. going to update said no updates were available. had to restart the computer, reopen turbo tax and finally got my returns to transmit. going to the help option it appears this has happened with many returns.
What's great about it: user friendly, thorough
What's not so great: difficult to transmit return when finished
