Was concerned when Turbo tax pulled in my state tax refund in 2012 incorrectly (wrong number was there- not sure where this number was taken from.)

Mostly Simple to Use

The tax software was clear and simple to use, but I had difficulty completing payment due to passwords not being accepted; had to re-sign up all.
What's great about it: Tax related information was clear
What's not so great: Trying to access account information to pay was a problem

Both Federal and State for Gay Marriage Filing Separate has become much easier. The only problem was the tax returns had to be competed on the same day in order to give reference from one line of each of the partner's tax form.
What's great about it: Easy as long as you read everything thoroughly.
What's not so great: Review errors can sometimes be confusing.

Going in circles . . . sometimes.

Two steps forward . . . you know the rest.
Could not find where to enter a second vehicle for mileage purposes, so I used only one vehicle. I don't recall seeing, "Do you want to add another vehicle?" So, found no entry point for that circle.
Also, could not locate certain deduction forms until I looked under "Wages & Income." Hmmm . . . thought I was working on deductions. Would have helped to see the form under "Deductions & Credits," although TurboTax would've had to create a link back to the former. The entry to that circle was a bit tough to locate!
Other than these two glitches, taxes are done well in advance & sent off!
(Does TurboTax have regular folks like me test your product before it goes to "print"? Might help catch some of these glitches that Tax Pros might overlook.)

LOVE TURBO TAX Always get a huge Bang for my Buck!

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 7 years and the program gets better every year. The program is so easy to follow and use and it always gets me the maximum amount of return every time. I will continue to use Turbo Tax to file my tax returns. It is the most convenient, easy way to get a return from the government.
What's great about it: Quick, Easy, Convenient
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
