Using you for years - best way to go for my needs

I have been using Turbo Tax for a number of years.
Each year it gets more simple - primarily because I
know and am use to the program. I would suggest
anyone who has practical knowledge of a computer
to try Turbo Tax and I'm sure that once you get the
hang of the program, you will be glad you used the
system.

What's great about it: Ease of application to take me step by step

Great Product!!

Been using TurboTax since the mid-90s and have always been pleased. The few times that questions by the IRS have arisen, I have always been in the right and the IRS admitted an error on their part or an error in transmission to them of data from one of my vendors (brokerage, bank, etc.) Will use again next year.
What's great about it: Simple, complete, efficient and effective

Filed for years with TurboTax and happy

I have used TurboTax almost exclusively for over 10 years. One year I slipped and tried another major tax preparation software provider. I filed with this vendors software and sadly found there was a bug in filing multiple state forms that cost me penalties. This other company said they would assist their customers with problems but the problem was they do not provide anyway to contact them for help except interactive web sites. I quickly decided to drop them forever and go back to the gold standard - TurboTax. I learned a hard lesson but thankfully it only cost me about $75 in penalties and some tax that I did actually owe. Don't be deceived by other software tax preparation companies no matter how well know the name is on the label. Stick with what works.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and the process is doable for me

2013 Turbo Tax Deluxe

I have used Turbo Tax for multiple years now, I have never had an issue. Everything is so easy to understand and navigate. I have always been pleasantly surprised by the refunds I have received.
What's great about it: Ease of Use, transfer of info from 2012 return
What's not so great: none

Refund year after year

A few things I love about TurboTax are:
1. Year after year, it will transfer the information over, which saves time in filling out the forms.
2. I don't need to hunt down forms- it'll download any/and all that I need.
3. Lots of great helps and analysis available to maximize credit.
4. eFile available for both returns, immediate, and I usually have approval in a day, and returns deposited within a week.

What's great about it: saves time, and organizes everything
What's not so great: cost for eFiling state return is a bit high in my opinion...
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Nothing is hidden from TURBO TAX
