Better than ever

Been a user of Turbo Tax for over 15 years and have never had a problem. This was fast, easy to follow and allowed me to e-file a return in record time. And ALL ACCURATE. I cannot recommend this program enough for the average tax payer.
What's great about it: Skip to areas I want
What's not so great: Completing required government questions on foreign accounts

Been using TT for years and have been very happy with the exception of additional hidden cost in filling. It's simple and covers everything.

Good, but still has rough spots

I've used TurboTax for several years and like it a lot. Data entry is very easy. Tax preparation is not a chore. The one area which I find troublesome is in the filing routine. I e-file my Federal return, but choose to mail my state return. Convincing the software that I do not want to e-file my state return is a multistep process. Furthermore, getting past the e-file offer to print my state return is not intuitive, bordering on deliberately obscured.
What's great about it: Easy to input data, especially if use Quicken
What's not so great: Sometimes difficult to get to relevant IRS form
