Many happy returns

I've been using Turbo Tax Deluxe for over 5 years. Prior to this I did my taxes by hand and the first year I did both for comparison. I have found that Turbo Tax makes the process much easier and saves shaves actual tax preparation time at least 75%. Even better, it prompted me about possible deductions that I missed when doing my taxes by hand.
I've also checked around to price professional tax preparers. For the amount of work that I put into Turbo Tax the next least expensive option I found cost more than twice as much as Turbo Tax.
I've been very pleased with this product and have every intention of using Turbo Tax again for my 2014 taxes so that I can keep having happy returns.

Turbo tax is very comprehensive!

Nothing much to say except this is my second year using turbo tax and its very intuitive and simple to use. That's the brilliance to it and its competitive advantage. It's also a few dollars cheaper than the tax brick and mortar stores.
What's great about it: the simplicity
What's not so great: the uncertainty if i'm doing my taxes correctly.

What's not so great: Sometimes when I EDIT an item, TurboTax doesn't remember my answers.

Easy Breezy Tax Filing

Easy to use on-line. Built in calculator is a nice touch. Like the error and audit review functions. This is the only tax preparation software worth using for state and federal taxes.
What's great about it: Great step by step guidance, Excellent error and audit reviews
What's not so great: none
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax 2013

I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for several years now and appreciate the cost and ease of use. I would like to see a calculator option for sections that require multiple entries, example property taxes (county, city and school) rather than pencil and paper. Thank you.

Love the Software!!

The software is exceptionally easy to use. Imported last years info, made adjustments where necessary and filed with ease. It's Deductible is a wonderful tool that makes the valuation of charitable donations extremely easy and very user friendly. Only issue was that for some charitable donations, the software added 100s of blank Info Worksheets that were visible in Forms View that were not needed. However, this did not impact calculations or show as an error. A quick call to technical support confirmed the issue. Otherwise, I love the software and will continue to use.

Excellent Software!!

I have used this program for the past 4 or 5 years. I would recommend it to anyone filing returns for their family.
What's great about it: Very user friendly and intuitive!
What's not so great: Someitems can be confusing like the IRS and State efile pin numbers
