Easy to Use and Saved Time

I love how easy it is compared to my hand filing I used to do. Turbo Tax filled out all the forms I needed without my having to search for them as I had to when I filed on my own. It maximized my refund and asked questions I may not have thought about. The only thing I need to remember for next year to save me time using Turbo Tax is to split up my medical expenses between prescriptions, Doctor visits and eye exam expenses etc. Otherwise the entire day I used to spend doing my taxes was less than 2 hours (but I am a speed reader so it may take others a little longer to read and answer the questions)
What's great about it: Easy to read and understand. Filled out the forms for me
What's not so great: I had to do more individualized prep work than I thought. Next year I will know

HAD DIFFICULTY INPUTTING LONG TERM HEALTH CARE NYS CREDIT. I CLICKED ON THE LTC AND WAS ASKED IF I WAS A PARTNERIN A PARTNERSHIP. I CLICKED ON NO AND WAS SENT BACK OUT. THE ONLY WAY I KNEW IT WAS IMPORTED WAS THAT I HAD TO VIEW THE PDF FILE OF MY RETURN. EVENTUALLY IT MUST HAVE IMPORTED THE INFO FROM MY FEDERAL .BUT I DID NOT KNOW THAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN.

I have been using TurboTax for several years and have always found it easy to use and thorough inpreparing my taxes. I have a relatively simple environment and believe it has done a great job for me.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Appears thorough.

I've used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and every year it gets me the best return. It's the simplest program for turning tax time into a very easy step by step process. Thanks again Turbo Tax for another easy tax season. Your team is awesome.
