problem with fonts that I didn't have the last 3 years!
Problem, with sales tax entry, Turbo won't let me enter by my self, wanted me to take estimatesales tax, much lower!
What's great about it: smooth filling in the fields
What's not so great: Hard to get it loaded on my computer

I love Turbo Tax, always have. It is the best tax preparation software on the market. Would not use anything else.

No sweat tax prep

The program couldn't be easier. I just wish TurboTax wouldn't integrate their sales pitches for additional service in the middle of real tax prep entries. I could see this confusing elderly users.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Makes tax prep fun.
What's not so great: wish they'd de-emphasis the advertisements for additional services

I love that TurboTax makes my relatively difficult return straightforward and easy. I like seeing last year's numbers next to this year's so that I'm sure not to forget something.
What's great about it: easy stepping process, see last year's for comparison
What's not so great: sometimes info isn't layman enough

Easy Peasy

I just love doing taxes! Turbo Tax makes it so dang easy and the fact that I don't have a complicated tax picture. I am done with taxes and filed within 45 minutes.
What's great about it: Thourough and Concise
What's not so great: Lengthy
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Maxed my Refund

I have used Turbo Tax to do my Federal and State tax return for the past six years. I trust Turbo Tax to get me the Max refund with no hassle. It takes very little time to complete your taxes.

very unhappy when i tried using turbotax on my own new mircosoft surface rt and could not. this should be made very clear to all who are going to purchase the program. i have windows 8 but the surface rt is what is listed afterwards as non compatible. had to download on another computer.
otherwise love turbotax always easy to use and will use again next year hopefully by then my mircrosoft rt will be compatible would be nice to get some feed back on this as well!!
