Easy Peasy

I have used Turbo Tax for years. One year I tried a competing brand because it was cheaper, but went right back to Turbo Tax the following year. It is easy to use, quick and my questions are always answered. I would never consider another software.

Love TurboTax

Been using TurboTax for several years now and never a disappointment. My taxes are not all that involved but I'm sure that even if yours include foreign accounts, business expenses, stocks, IRAs, etc., Turbo can guide you with all of that as well; I just skip through what does not apply to me :)
The refund gets to my account very fast. TurboTax can also send you a text if you choose to when the returns get accepted or rejected by the feds/state!!

Easier than H & R!

The experience overall was much better than H & R Block with easier to understand questions and logical progression. I had a problem with an HSA flag with the other guys that drove me crazy trying to find on the form.
What's great about it: Much easier understanding overall, no un-named or mystery "flags".
What's not so great: I thought I got one state free, but then got charged for the one state.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Loaded everything from my tax return last year and also loaded my W-2 directly. A bunch of simple questions and within 20min I had my taxes done.
What's great about it: Very quick and easy
What's not so great: Price of the protection

Overall, the Turbo Tax works very well. Have used it for the past couple years and had very good success.

What a Relief!

Turbo has been the method I have used for a number of years and continue to be amazed at the ease with which a return is completed and filed.
What's great about it: Ease with preparation of return.
What's not so great: Unnecessary delay due to problems with sales tax calculation.

Pretty simple

Liked simple imports of banking, brokerage, and previous year's information. Total time about 1-1.5 hours. I've used Turbo Tax about 10 years and see no reason to change.
What's great about it: Importing of bank/brokerage, previous years
What's not so great: Can't think of any...
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I've used Turbo Tax for the past six years and have never had a problem with getting my refund or with audits. I highly recommend it to everyone.
What's great about it: The process was easy to follow and rather intuitive.
