Fast and Easy

TurboTax was very fast. Loaded information from the previous year with ease. Saved time typing information for W2s and 1099 and 1098 information. Questions were quick and to the point. Submitting the final forms to the federal and state governments was much easier than the previous years. Quick and painless. Very few pauses or delays.
What's great about it: Fast and easy to install and uploaded previous year's information automatically. Saved time typing W2 information.

I've been using TurboTax for over ten years. I used a competing product once a few years ago, and came right back. Keeps getting better every year. I wish it did a better job with unique circumstances. For example, I live over 100 miles from where I work and really needed help with what I can and cannot deduct. TT doesn't really help there, but it is still the best I can find in the market.
What's great about it: Steps right through & finishes quickly
What's not so great: Unusual circumstances are tough to figure out

I have been using Turbo Tax for 20 years and it never misses a beat. no problems at all. I sleep easy after e-filing.
What's great about it: Fast and easy even though I could not transfer old files from old computer.
What's not so great: Only con is the price.

What's great about it: Keep good records ... easily inserted data
What's not so great: No significant problems with program in my case .. no comment. ...
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Stunned me with how much I got back

I loved the refund, other estimators told me I'd owe, turbotax got me a refund, and made it huge! I'll be able to be more financially prepared for the coming year because of this. I didn't like that it asked me for some deductions, then just gave me the standard deduction though.
What's great about it: quick, detailed, and great refund
What's not so great: unnecessary things to fill in
